This is a big elepahnt guys!!! Look at mr. Valleta's letter to every franchisee. It boils down to our unity!!! for some reason we are not united to take actions against those guys!!! especially wyndham. Back in 2001 when they came up with project power up with Days Inns, we started to fight with them in central TX but it failed because they very well know our nerves that we can not unite. Good luck!!!!

I admire your efforts and approach for formulating this organization. Soft Hotel is very costly and poor performing software. Direct link is very slow and support from soft hotel does not care the interest of hotel operators, Software is incompetent in many functionality which are essential for lodging. There are several limitations and glitches in this software. I certainly hope that Wyndham dont mandate the use of soft hotel for super 8.

Wyndham cited increased ADR and occupancy system wide. They're focused on one thing...Gross sales because that's how they get paid. In reality, we as franchisees get paid on the Net sales, which for many of us, have been disproportionate to the numbers Wyndham brags about.
